Matt Shively, born with a degenerative disease that left him partially deaf and with tunnel vision. Now he is totally blind. Before he went totally blind Matt worked on art such as Beauty & The Beast, and The Little Mermaid, back when drawings were done by hand.  He always tells me Madam R, you can't let anything stop you!" 

What a friendly guy!  You'd know the real reason he is smiling if you saw the photo before I cropped it - where he's holding a drill to my head.
